Sina advises that if you are looking for a mom purse, there are a few things to consider first:
Size - Yes, you’ll have a lot to carry with a baby in tow, but you won’t want a bag that adds too much extra weight or one that will get in the way of caring for your child. But you’ll need one that can fit all your baby essentials. Before buying a baby bag decide what you’ll be carrying for your child and choose a bag according to that.
Interior - Pockets and separate compartments are a godsend! Dividing what you put in the bag will help you when you need to find something quickly, for example when your child is crying for a toy, pacifier, bottle etc.
Color - White bags are not recommended because no matter what you do, your purse will get dirty. The best colors are black, grey, navy, berry and brown.
